Policy & Compliance

• All placements are paid advertisements and are disclosed on-air per FCC/FTC rules. We do not sell playlist “spins.”
• Content must be lawful, rights-cleared, and in clean/radio edit form. We reserve refusal for non-compliant content.
• Scheduling is first-come, first-served. Technical non-delivery is refundable; otherwise sales are final once spots are scheduled.
